We're an established tour and transport operator based in Zakopane. We started out running transport services, and today organize trips, attractions and transfers across the region, tailoring every booking to what you actually need.
We pick you up from where you're staying in Zakopane or Kościelisko and drive over in the evening to Termy Chochołowskie — 3,000 m² of indoor and outdoor pools, including hydromassage pools, a brine pool, two indoor thermal pools with massage, and two outdoor ones with a rushing river.
The ticket covers four hours in the basic pool zone — swimming in the hydromassage pools, a few runs on the slides (there are three, including one with a trapdoor drop), and the 16×8 m pool. Saunas and the sports pool are paid extra on site.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if the weather's bad?
We keep an eye on conditions. If we can't run the trip safely from our side (force majeure, or it isn't possible to go ahead), we cancel and you're entitled to a full refund — per the Terms (Regulamin). If you cancel: full refund when you let us know at least 7 days before; after that, no refund.
Where do you pick us up?
We pick you up from your hotel or guesthouse in Zakopane or Kościelisko. Staying somewhere else? Just let us know, we can usually work something out.
Are the baths suitable for children?
Yes, the outdoor and indoor pools are open to the whole family — the reduced ticket applies up to age 14.
